15 May Ellore’s Customer Satisfaction Index is 4,1/5
Hansab Group conducted the fourth annual Ellore customer satisfaction survey. The internet based survey aimed at understanding how customers perceive Ellore provided services, to evaluate the staff and show areas for improvement.
Again, all of the recipients had the chance to win a prize. We congratulate Tomasz Snoch from Integer Poland, the winner of the action camera Hero5 Session to shoot upcoming adventures.
This year, satisfaction index is 4,1 (method: 1-5 point scale system, 5 is the highest measurement), last year being 4,3.
We asked our customers, what other services and solutions we could offer. We received over 20 great ideas, which we are already looking on how to implement.
Over the last year, we have expanded our team to better service our customers. Thank You for noticing it!
This year customer satisfaction survey respondents were carefully selected, due to that the response rate was higher. All functionalities have stayed highly rated and overall trend about Ellore’s products is positive.
